Textile printing and dyeing
Printing and dyeing auxiliaries are auxiliaries used in the process of fabric printing and dyeing, which can improve the effect of printing and dyeing, including printing auxiliaries and dyeing auxiliaries, printing auxiliaries have thickeners, adhesives, cross-chain agents, emulsifiers, dispersants and other printing auxiliaries.
Hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC belongs to the thickening agent and adhesive in the printing agent. The coating printing is based on the film forming effect of the adhesive to firmly adhere the insoluble raw dye to the fabric, so as to achieve the purpose of coloring.
Hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC as a binder, is the main component of pigment printing printing, is a kind of polymer film forming material, through the film adhesion of the coating on the fabric. Hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC has strong adhesion and reproducibility to the fabric. It is resistant to aging, solvent, acid and alkali, and chemical agents. The film forming is clear and transparent.
Hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC is also another important component of pigment printing paste, it has the effect of thickening the paste, promoting adhesion and emulsification, so that printing fabric can obtain uniform, soft outline clear pattern. Not only can improve the amount of color and brightness, but also can make printing color paste without or less use of kerosene.
There are two kinds of printing and dyeing thickeners: anionic type and non-ionic type. The former has strong adaptability and can be used for anti-dyeing and dial-dyeing printing, but the thickening effect is poor. The latter has high viscosity and thickening effect, and has no adverse effect on the color brightness, brushing fastness and soft feel of the printed fabric. Hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC belongs to the latter and is a nonionic thickener.
